Capable of tackling various materials including dust, shavings, and liquids, the Fox 24 operates seamlessly with extended piping setups. Utilizing a unique tangential inlet system, materials are efficiently channeled through a high-performance cyclone, safeguarding the filter and enhancing its longevity.

Equipped with a 24,000 cm2 polyester pocket filter certified as M Class by BIA (Berufsgenossenschaftliches Institut für Arbeitssicherheit), the Fox 24 ensures exceptional filtration with a 1µ efficiency rating. For tailored applications, Depureco offers a range of specialized filters including anti-static variants, NOMEX filters for high-temperature resilience, Teflon-coated filters for wet materials, and PTFE nanotechnology-treated filters for challenging dust.

Featuring a manual filter cleaning system, the Fox 24 enables effortless maintenance with a convenient lever positioned atop the vacuum. Its robust container, available in 65 or 100-liter capacities, includes a release system for easy disposal of vacuumed materials. Enhanced mobility is provided by four castor wheels mounted on reinforced supports, facilitating hassle-free handling even with substantial material loads.

Suction Unit
Filtering Unit
The three strong by-pass motors composing the suction unit are powered by a 24V/≥ 85 A battery (not supplied by Depureco). Each motor is managed by an independent switch, permitting the operator to control the intake performance. The motors are located in a sturdy casing, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level.
The filtration is guaranteed by an M class polyester filter. The star shape enables air to flow through the filter even when it is dirty. The fabric of the filter is classified as M Class (BIA | EN 60335-2-69). This means that all particles till 1 micron are stopped by the filter so as to protect the blower and the operator around the vacuum cleaner
Inlet
Collection Bin
The tangential inlet is designed to ease the process of pushing the material down the bin. A sturdy metal cyclone welded inside the chamber slows the material's entry speed considerably down so that it falls directly inside the bin. This way, the filter is efficiently protected, minimising clogging risk.
The material is collected inside a painted container equipped with a metal handle which enables the bin to be detached from the machine. Thanks to its 4 swiveling wheels, the bin can be easily moved and emptied. Each wheel is reinforced to guarantee maximum stability during handling.
